Two thirds want more money, more local drama for ABC
A survey conducted late in 2008 has found that:
- Two thirds of respondents think the ABC should have more money for local drama.
- Seventy percent think that the ABC should be required to produce a specified amount of local drama.
- A similar number believe that the ABC needs more money for childrens programs.
- Nearly two thirds want local programs to be available on new media platforms.
